Austin Abducted!

This just in…

Austin was abducted in the early morning hours on Wednesday, May 28. All I know right now is that there was a big commotion, they dressed him in some sort of green suit… and he was gone!

I hope to get ahold of some actual photos and facts soon. Stand by for more details….

6:00 News update..

I picked Austin up from school just now. He had a very unusual day dressed as… Robin Hood!

Drama people. You gotta love ‘em!

Interesting work today! I fixed up the pool area at the Comfort Inn in Tualatin.

Several years ago, my Grandma Ruth bought a used wheelchair, “in case she needed it someday.” We agreed to store it for her in our garage until she needed it. We’ll—most of the time it was in the garage! Sometimes the kids would take it out for fun, like seeing how fast they could go, or trying to get sympathy from passing motorists.

Here is a picture of Alison and Austin on such a day (with a little exaggeration!) …

Imagine if Austin had worn shoes instead of flip-flops that day!
