I was up in the Red Hills of Dundee yesterday, not far from where we live, when I came upon some wildlife!
Hey! A coyote!
Kind of a young one, and not afraid of me…
Whoa! He's after something!
Rats. Missed it.
He came even closer…
…and closer!
Another pounce! Missed again. It's going to take a while…
Then he headed off to the north. Still lookin' to catch a critter…
How far from our former home?
These were taken on the Domaine Serene property which is several miles south of your place on Red Hills Drive. This winery is off of Breyman Orchards Road in the southern Red Hills, and overlooks the Yamhill/Carlton valley. It’s a beautiful “old-world” estate.
So beautiful! And a critter sighting with camera in hand! What are the odds?
