In three days (Thursday), 88 of us from the Newberg/Dundee area are headed to Mexico to build four houses over spring break.
Taking a look at the weather forecast this rainy evening, I am reminded of the HUGE climate contrast between Dundee and Yuma. (Yuma is right across the border from San Luis Rio Colorado where we will be working.) Take a look at these:

When you get to Yuma give all the family hugs and kisses from us. Our expected high MIGHT get to 50 in the next week or so, and there’s still a good chance we’ll break the all-time record snowfall. We’re only 2″ away, and it always snows late in March into April. I’ve even seen it snow here on Mother’s Day. In fact, I think it did last year!
