Woo-hoo!

Aaron got his acceptance packet yesterday!

Here’s some info about the school. Since George Fox University is familiar to most of us, I will put in some stats that compare with Fox… The main thing that attracted him? It’s Southern California!

  • Undergrads: CLU=2124, GFU=1739
  • Male/Female Ratio: CLU=43:57, GFU=36:64
  • Campus Size: CLU=225 acres, GFU=85 acres
  • Sports: Both are NCAA Division III

According to the CLU web site:

The 225-acre campus is located midway between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, nestled against the hills in Thousand Oaks, just 14 miles inland from Malibu and easily accessible from the Ventura 101 Freeway. Thousand Oaks, home to 127,000 people, and is rated one of the safest cities of its size in America, according to FBI statistics.
