Maybe spring is NOT coming yet! Today we had the most amazing hail storm I can remember (close to 1 inch!)! And the temp is 32 so it is sticking around 2 hours later! I grabbed the camera to record the mayhem and aftermath…

That is an amazing amount of hail! I think Aaron and I will just stay here in California until spring really arrives. But we miss you all so we are comin’ home!
Aw, thanks! I am glad your comin’ home!!
Wow! Please don’t tell us we’re leaving 82 degress for hail and storm clouds. We’d stay in AZ longer if it weren’t for taxes and business. The spring flowers will be a pretty change from cactus.
Glad for the chat this evening. You’re a wonderful son.
Mom
Thanks, Mom!!
It will be good to have you guys home again.
When we drove to Newberg we discovered the hail storm was only a Dundee thing this time. The white roofs stopped at the Arco station to the north, and the gun club road to the south…
We had hail too. Some of my daffodils are bent and broken from the vicious attack. A couple of thunder claps and forbidding skys kept us inside. All except AJ, that is, who chose that moment to walk 8 miles with her buddy Rachelle. Bummer for them!
On Friday, I sent an email out to program participants that started, “Now that Spring is here and the snow has settled…” WRONG!
