This is about as close to politics as I am going to get on this blog—I promise!
- When a ballot measure passes, the winners claim it was because the voters obviously saw it was best choice.
- When a ballot measure is voted down, the losing side blames it on how much money the opposition spent.
(On both Measures 49 and 50, the winning side was the one that spent the most.)
